Why is registration information important?
Accurate information is important in case you ever forget your password. We will need to confirm your identity using the "Secret Question and Answer" that you provided during registration.
Once we've confirmed your identity, we'll send your password to the email address that you gave us when you registered. If you have entered any of this information incorrectly, we will not be able to send you your password.
Visit the Forgot My Password page and supply the Secret Question and Answer you provided when you registered.
Make sure to provide the same information you gave during registration or when you last updated your account. Without the correct verification information, you will not be able to obtain your password.
There are multiple reasons you may be getting the "Invalid Password" error message:
- You forgot your password, please visit the Forgot My Password page.
